The following billing and account arrangements have been put in place to support customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Customer accounts will continue to be billed for regular usage charges.
- All service disconnections for non-payment have been suspended until further notice.
- Beginning in April customer accounts will no longer be charged penalties going forward on unpaid balances.
- Duluth Energy Systems will arrange payment plans for customers requesting help during this time based on the financial resources and circumstances of the customer. Customers will be responsible for incurred charges and bringing their account into good standing through a payment plan.
